Hi I'm Lauren! I'm a Registered Dietitian, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, founder of Whole Living Lauren, and self-proclaimed "foodie".
With years of experience as a Registered Dietitian with a focus on positive lifestyle behavior change and intuitive eating, I've dedicated my life to helping people feel their best. I have a passion for promoting health using whole, nutritious foods and a balanced lifestyle. It's not just about the food, but exploring all areas of health and honoring that we deserve to feel healthy and happy. I have worked with hundreds of clients who are looking for accountability and guidance. They feel their best when they are taking care of themselves. And we all deserve to feel our best.
My philosophy is simple. I approach food with an un-diet approach focusing on whole, nourishing, and nutrient dense foods. My goal in working together is to un-complicate the science of nutrition and make it understandable and approachable. Food is so much more than "fuel", it is social, emotional, and should be FUN!
