As a self proclaimed "foodie," I have a passion for promoting wellness using whole, nutritious foods and a balanced lifestyle. I currently work as a wellness Registered Dietitian focusing on preventative nutrition and lifestyle/behavior change. I also consult on nutrition and wellness throughout central Ohio where I live with my husband.
My philosophy is simple. I approach food with an un-diet approach focusing on whole, nourishing, and nutrient dense foods. Personally, I try to intuitively listen to my body for cues on what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat. I eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans/legumes, and healthy fats - not because I have to, but because it makes me feel my best. Hopefully there will be a little something for everyone to enjoy on WLL!
